This full-time opportunity is based in Darwin, Northern Territory, and offers relocation assistance for the right candidate.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant legislations.
- Monitor project progress, reporting on key metrics and making adjustments as necessary to maintain project momentum.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related field.
- Previous experience in managing projects, preferably within the building or healthcare sectors.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
- A Construction White Card and current driver's license.
