Job Title: Fleet Officer And Driver Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Fleet Officer and Driver Trainer plays a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of the vehicle fleet and supporting the training and development of volunteer drivers across the organisation.
  • Ensuring fleet safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance are key priorities for this role.
  • Delivering practical training, support, and ride-along assessments to build driver capability and confidence is also a major responsibility.

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence;
  • Demonstrated experience in a transport, automotive, or fleet management environment;
  • Experience delivering training, inductions, or safety briefings;
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain);
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain);
  • LR Licence (or willingness to obtain);
  • Experience working in aged care, disability, or community services transport.
