Board Director Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic leader to join our Board of Directors.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with significant business and digital transformation experience, as well as expertise in driving strategic people and culture change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Board to drive business transformation and deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Support the development and implementation of key strategies that showcase the value of engineering in Australia's economic future.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Transformation experience at a senior leadership level.
  • Contemporary knowledge and experience in overseeing strategic people and culture change initiatives.
  • A deep understanding of the Australian economy and its capital markets.

Term and Commitment:

An initial term of 2 years with potential for re-appointment by the Board. A commitment of approximately 30 days per annum for meetings and preparation, excluding travel time.
