National Trusts and Foundations Programme Manager

Deliver a successful national Trusts and Foundations programme for a leading health charity. The role is accountable for researching, developing and writing proposals to secure income from philanthropic trusts, foundations and grant-making entities.
About the RoleThis position takes ownership of managing an established Trusts and Foundations income stream, driving growth as part of a wider Philanthropy and Fundraising Team. Key responsibilities include developing a strategic approach for the Trust and Foundation income stream, identifying suitable funding sources and opportunities, building relationships with funders, and maintaining data and information on Raisers Edge and administration management systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop the strategic approach for the Trust and Foundation income stream
- Research to identify and prioritise suitable funding sources and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organisation to source and coordinate information
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with funders and maintain existing relationships
- Develop proposals to initiate funding opportunities for grant-making entities
- Maintain and develop processes and procedures on grants submissions and communications
- Design and write impact reports and acquittals
