Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our global team of professionals.

This role requires collaboration with other engineers, analysts, and cross-functional groups to ensure production issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure all merchant technical issues are addressed promptly.

- Work closely with our Tier 2 team and other departments.

- Address and debug complex technical issues.

- Handle escalations and complex issues.

- Investigate logs and work with SQL.

**Requirements:**

- 1-2 years of experience in technical support.

- Excellent understanding of technical support methodologies and tools.

- Strong troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to deep dive into problems and find root causes.

- Multitasking and prioritization skills.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills.

- Experience with debugging tools and log analysis.

- Familiarity with Atlassian, Zendesk, SharePoint (advantageous).

- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (advantageous).

- Previous experience in a global organization (advantageous).

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
