Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our local scouting strategy, focusing on attracting and assessing top founder talent in Victoria. This role is critical in driving the growth of our startup ecosystem.

As our Scouting Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and pipeline management.
  • Designing and executing headhunting strategies to identify and nurture top talent.
  • Creating targeted campaigns to unearth latent founder talent and develop compelling messaging to attract them to entrepreneurship.
  • Supporting the execution of AMA sessions to educate and convert founders.
  • Collaborating with Marketing on content creation and partnership opportunities.
  • Serving as a powerful brand ambassador, establishing our company as a premier destination for co-founders and business partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a related area.
  • Experience in a tech startup in a commercial role or recruiting for the tech sector.
  • A strong understanding of and experience in implementing GTM and 0-1 strategies.
