The Opportunity

You will join a vibrant and collaborative team where no two days will be the same. As a motivating and inspiring leader, you will drive your club to succeed. This varied role will see you as a nurturing leader who motivates their team and encourages their development and growth and manages the overall operational aspects of your club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement
  • Meet your own sales target to contribute to the club's overall monthly and annual targets
  • Leading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns
  • Recruitment, training and retention of staff members
  • Performance appraisals
  • Weekly meetings engaging with department leaders
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need:
  • Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high volume and fast-paced environment. Ideally within the fitness industry
  • Strong stakeholder management with exceptional verbal, written and time management skills
  • Experience in managing P&L
  • A passion for fitness and sales
