  2. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to join our dynamic team. As a Head Coach, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of like-minded individuals who share your passion for fitness and leadership.
  3. You will be accountable for every aspect of store operations, from coaching and leadership to community engagement and store management.
  4. Your goal will be to create a world-class team that embodies our brand values and educates our community on our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Coaching & Leadership:
  • Foster a culture that promotes personal and professional growth through on-the-floor mentoring and coaching.
  • Manage and lead a diverse team, facilitate trainings, and conduct team meetings.
  • Coach your team on setting fitness, career, and personal goals.
  • Community:
  • Create a local community for your store by developing a plan to engage and drive the LSKD community into your space.
  • Design and facilitate in-store events to provide our community with opportunities to connect with us and add value to their brand experience.
  • Galvanise your team to get involved in joining sweat sessions and classes to make effortless connections in the community.
