As a proactive Business Partner, you will play a vital role in driving operational and strategic outcomes that support our people strategy. You will engage with business stakeholders to execute key initiatives and manage an end-to-end HR generalist portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include managing employee relations, safety, recruitment, talent development, performance management, and culture enhancement. You will also provide coaching and support to team members and key stakeholders across the business.

About the Role

  • Drive operational and strategic outcomes that support our people strategy.

  • Manage an end-to-end HR generalist portfolio.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members and key stakeholders.

About You

  • Prior experience in dynamic environments, ideally in retail.
  • A degree in Human Resources or Safety related field (preferred).
  • Experience across the HR generalist discipline and comfortable in an end-to-end HR environment.
  • Ideal experience managing &/or supporting strategic people projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
