Established logistics provider seeks a highly skilled Human Resources Advisor to join their team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to take on a diverse range of responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR generalist roles and be able to interpret HR policies and procedures with ease.

The successful applicant will partner with senior management to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage employee records, and coordinate training and development programs. They will also ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and maintain accurate records of leave, payroll information, and other HR-related data.

This role would suit someone who has worked in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the transport industry, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field is highly desirable.

  • You hold a tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline.
  • You have proven experience in an HR generalist role, preferably within the transport industry.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the business.
  • You are highly organized, with exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills, and a keen eye for detail.
