Logistics Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled logistics expert to join our team.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that will see you responsible for investigating and analysing logistics support data and trends on equipment and systems.

You will provide recommendations to ensure effective operation and sustainment of the equipment and systems until the Life of Type is reached.

  • Supporting strategy development, modelling and performance evaluation
  • Performance and/or review of relevant Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) activities including Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
  • Conducting investigations and analysis of data collected for an impression of equipment/systems history and current condition
  • Conducting risk assessments on the equipment/system being investigated
  • Drawing conclusions and proposing recommendations to improve equipment/system reliability and supportability based on analysis and available evidence

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Investigating and analysing logistics support data and trends on equipment and systems
  2. Providing recommendations to ensure effective operation and sustainment of the equipment and systems
  3. Supporting strategy development, modelling and performance evaluation
  4. Performing risk assessments on the equipment/system being investigated
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification - Diploma, formal trade or technical certificate qualification in Engineering and/or equivalent industry experience
  • Significant experience in the technical review and reporting of assessment data relative to the mechanical and/or electrical health of systems and equipment
  • Demonstrated experience in the technical review and development of ILS products for the support of systems and equipment

Additionally, it would be desirable if you had experience in the operation and/or maintenance of systems within the defence environment or related technical industry, as well as certification in CAAM, CPAM, CSAM, CFAM and experience with Asset Management ISO 55000.
