Project Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled project management professional based in Cambridge.

This role involves developing and implementing project management strategies, overseeing operations for related projects, and ensuring smooth research activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for study sponsors.
  • Lead and direct cross-functional team leaders and vendors.
  • Manage project deliverables, including milestone payments and quality assurance.
  • Control project scopes and costs to mitigate financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines at the project level.
  • Ensure projects adhere to processes and systems, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Participate proactively in bid defense processes.
  • Conduct training for project team members and foster effective team building.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Medical, Pharmacology, Biology, or related fields. College diploma with relevant experience may be considered.
  • Knowledge of drug development processes and regulations, including GCP and local regulations. GCP certification is required.
  • At least 10 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 6 years in project management; CRO experience preferred. Exceptional project management achievements may be considered.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
