We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Project Manager to lead and direct cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. This role requires strong project management skills, as well as the ability to manage project contractual deliverables, including milestone payments and quality assurance.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for sponsors of clinical studies, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, policies, and guidelines at the project level.
  • Implement projects according to established processes and systems, participating proactively in bid defense processes.
  • Conduct training for project team members and foster effective team building, promoting collaboration and communication within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Medical, Pharmacology, Biology, or related fields, demonstrating a solid foundation in the relevant discipline.
  • Knowledge of drug development processes and regulations, including GCP and local regulations, with a minimum of 10 years of industry experience, preferably in a CRO environment.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in local languages a plus, and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

  • This is a full-time position, with senior-level responsibilities and a mid-senior level of seniority.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
