We are committed to helping you develop as a clinician. Our graduate program includes a comprehensive induction session, covering community practice, the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), and life at our organization.

  • Support: You will be paired with a colleague who has recently completed the graduate program, providing guidance and support throughout your journey.
  • Supervision: You will receive one-on-one supervision from a discipline-specific expert, helping you navigate the challenges of working with us and providing clinical support within the NDIS.
  • Ongoing Training: You will participate in six months of dedicated induction, training, and upskilling to set you up for success in your role and beyond.
  • Study Leave: You will have four full days of paid study leave per calendar year.
