Childcare Professional

This role involves caring for a child under the age of 3 years old, meeting their daily needs, and providing a stimulating educational environment.

We are seeking an experienced childcare professional to work in partnership with families to achieve the best outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be professionally minded, fun, caring, patient, and passionate about early education or disability support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to children under the age of 3 years old
  • Meet the daily needs of children, including feeding, bathing, and sleeping routines
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs
  • Work collaboratively with families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children

Requirements:

  • Hold a current Working With Children Check and Police Check
  • Holding (or working towards) qualifications in children's services, early childhood education, or similar
  • Have a reliable method of transport

Working Conditions:

This role involves working in a client's home, which may require flexibility and adaptability.

Shifts are Monday and Tuesday from 9am to 5pm, but the ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work varied hours as needed.
