Full Time Sales Support Position
We are a leading agricultural merchandise provider in Western Australia, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and advice to our farmers and customers.
Our success is built on strong customer relationships and a welcoming store environment. As a team member, you will play a key role in developing these relationships and providing a memorable experience for all customers.
- Perform administrative tasks such as stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching goods
- Assist customers with pricing and product queries
- Process counter sales
- Maintain safety processes
- Contribute to merchandise campaign materials
- Ensure a friendly and well-presented store environment
- Unload trucks, dispatch orders, and unpack deliveries
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a support position and a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. You will also demonstrate effective communication skills, a proactive approach, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and computer proficiency.
