  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the complex psychosocial needs of patients, families, and caregivers, and identifying clinical risk factors to provide appropriate interventions.
  • This role requires strong communication and consultation skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and provide education on social work practices to students and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing patient and family needs, and providing interventions to optimise health outcomes;
