Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced automotive service advisor to join our team at our flagship centre in Western Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess outstanding customer relationship management skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. You will also need technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing (desirable), sound administrative skills, high-level verbal and written communication skills, effective teamwork skills, and flexibility to travel and work between centres.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the member experience during the vehicle service process. This includes greeting members, confirming vehicle information, providing estimates for repair and maintenance services, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.

You will also handle member concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner, prepare and complete repair orders, and support the collaboration and achievement of team sales targets and conversion rates.

Requirements
