Lead Financial Analysis and Performance Manager Job Description

The role of Lead Financial Analysis and Performance Manager is a leadership opportunity to oversee the finances of key divisions, providing management and financial accounting services and expert advice. The successful candidate will have strong system skills and financial analytics capability, enabling senior management to make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare management reporting and analysis of organisation's financial performance.
  • Drive the delivery of high-quality budgeting and management reporting for the organisation and its related agencies.
  • Provide expert financial advice and professional support to executive, management and finance teams.
  • Partner with executive, management, and relevant finance teams to identify and provide expert financial advice on strategic resourcing issues.
  • Develop and implement systems, policies and processes to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
  • Provide timely and compliant financial results and projections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experienced Finance Manager within a similar professional setting.
  • Proactive, strong attention to detail and ability to communicate across a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable success in influencing strategy through collaboration, consultation data driven decision making.
  • An inquisitive nature with the ability to interrogate data.
  • Experience in Budgeting and Forecasting, Reporting, Analytics, and business insights.
  • Tertiary qualifications in the field of Finance, Accounting, or similar.
  • CA or CPA qualified.
