We are seeking a commercially savvy Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Senior Financial Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in analysing business performance, delivering strategic insights, and supporting decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare clear, data-driven financial reports that monitor business performance across departments.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Partner with operational leaders to provide actionable financial insights and commercially sound recommendations.
  • Conduct profitability analysis, margin reviews, and cost optimisation assessments.
  • Perform scenario modelling and support investment, pricing and project-related decision-making.
  • Interpret financial data and present findings in a clear, actionable format to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Drive improvements in financial planning tools, dashboards, and reporting processes.

Skill Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Professional qualification such as CPA or CA (or equivalent).
  • 3+ years' experience in a financial analysis or commercial finance role.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link financial data to operational performance.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
