Key Responsibilities

  • Taking orders from customers and serving food and drinks in a timely manner
  • Handling cash and credit transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage environment
  • Short order cook experience required
  • Barista skills
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • A current Food Safety Certificate
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
  • Ability to work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends
