About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Sydney-Hunter team as Regional Team Leader.

This position requires exceptional leadership skills to provide guidance and support for operational staff, contributing directly to private land conservation programs across the Sydney-Hunter region.

The role involves overseeing outputs such as annual reports and acting as a point of escalation on agreement assurance matters.

Key responsibilities include landholder support, customer service, communications, project management, conservation assessment, monitoring and evaluation.

As Regional Team Leader, you will lead the delivery of high-impact work, including programs like the Conservation Management Program and Conservation Partners Program.

You will collaborate with a committed team in partnership with the Sydney-Hunter Regional Manager and Sydney Team Leader, overseeing on-ground conservation projects and seeing direct results in healthier habitats.
