The organization is seeking a skilled Financial Transaction Specialist to join the Accounting team at the head office in Melbourne. The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Process accounts payable invoices, adhering to established company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or issues related to payment processing.
- Relevant accounting experience, preferably in an AP/AR role, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. They will also have excellent time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows.
Additional Responsibilities:Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and operations departments.
