Bishopp is on the lookout for a seasoned HSE Advisor to drive performance, influence culture. This is a role that's not just maintaining ISO standards but building something better. If you know how to embed safety, quality, and sustainability into operations this is your next move.

Step into true influence: Lead group-wide QEHS initiatives with influence not just policy oversight. You'll be part of the action, helping to coach teams and improving processes.

Deliver real ESG outcomes: This isn't ESG theatre. You'll drive a phased, achievable roadmap with baseline data, stakeholder support, and tangible results across operations, procurement, and design.

Work that challenges and changes things: You'll lead audits, verify SWMS in the field, run investigations and manage risk. Your impact will be visible, valued, and wide-reaching.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading internal audits, risk reviews, and continuous improvement projects
  • Coaching team leaders and contractors on safety, compliance, and ESG responsibilities
  • Delivering toolbox talks, inductions, and capability-building workshops
  • Running site verifications, incident investigations, and closing out actions
  • Managing ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001) and keeping Bishopp audit-ready

What We're Looking For:

You bring 5+ years' experience of HSE ideally within construction, with solid knowledge of ISO compliance and WHS, environmental, and quality standards. You're confident leading audits, improving systems, and embedding practical, lasting change. You've worked with ESG have strong communication, planning instincts, and integrity. You navigate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Toolkit, and ERP with ease. Bonus points for credentials like Lead Auditor, ICAM, Cert IV TAE, or tertiary qualifications but it's your influence and practical mindset that truly set you apart.
