About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to support live betting markets for two major brands, ensuring seamless customer experiences across every event and outcome.

You'll be responsible for monitoring and managing betting markets, resolving issues promptly, and collaborating with global teams to deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Monitoring: Ensure accurate and timely results and prices for all events.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond to live issues and escalate them appropriately to minimize customer impact.
  • Global Collaboration: Work with trading and customer teams across multiple locations to deliver operational excellence.
  • Customer Experience: Make every touchpoint seamless, resolving settlement issues or technical glitches with empathy and speed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify errors, spot patterns, and suggest smarter ways of working that support continuous improvement.
Requirements:

While prior experience in betting or trading is not necessary, you should possess excellent communication skills, remain calm under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
