**Job Overview**

A high-achieving Retail Store Manager is required to lead a dynamic team and drive sales growth in our retail stores.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and coaching a team of up to 15 employees to achieve store targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining a high standard of store presentation and visual merchandising in line with company guidelines.
  • Liaising with the stock allocator and managing stock levels to maximize return on floor space.
  • Preparing and monitoring sales reports, store rosters, and team compliance.
