About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Investment to lead our Sydney team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our investment strategy, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of investment professionals to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
  • Develop and implement investment strategies that drive growth and profitability for our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and publishers to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the National Head of Investment and Chief Investment & Operations Officer to shape the future investment offering for our agency.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise to clients and internal stakeholders on investment strategy and media planning.
  • Oversee the construction and presentation of effective implementation planning and investment strategies for clients.
  • Lead initiatives to improve both agency and client capabilities, including the development of new investment models, tools, and services.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in investment leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the media landscape and investment strategy.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients.
