About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Investment to lead our Sydney team and drive business growth for our clients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing investment strategies that deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of investment professionals to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
  • Develop and implement investment strategies that drive business growth and deliver exceptional returns for our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, publishers, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in investment leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the media landscape and investment strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, publishers, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
