About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sydney Head of Investment to lead our team in delivering exceptional investment strategies and solutions for our clients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the direction of our Sydney agency and driving business growth through innovative thinking and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of investment professionals to deliver exceptional client service and results-driven investment strategies.
  • Develop and implement investment strategies that drive business growth and meet client objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, publishers, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in investment leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the media landscape and investment strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, publishers, and industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
