- Participate in the reaccreditation and compliance of the home, and ensure effective risk management and compliance standards are met.
- Proven leadership experience in the service industry, retail, home care, and aged care.
- Extensive experience managing dynamic rosters and large front-line workforces.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team of care professionals effectively.
- Financial acumen, with proficiency in managing budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
- Operational excellence, with knowledge of day-to-day operations and the ability to streamline processes for efficiency.
- Relationship skills, with expertise in managing relationships with residents and their families, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
