About This OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced receptionist to join our team. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the college staff and students
- Manage the front desk and reception area
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
