About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at 4WD Supacentre. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results.
About You
We are looking for someone who is a true leader, with a proven track record of success in sales and management. You will be responsible for setting and executing the store strategy to deliver year-on-year growth, monitoring and analysing financial targets, and ensuring the store is effectively staffed for seasonal peaks and troughs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve sales performance
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Ensure the store is effectively staffed and resourced to meet customer demands
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
