Job Title: Test Lead - Dynamics 365

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to take up a contract in Sydney.

You will be responsible for leading the test team and taking on the role of test lead Dynamics 365 SME for quality.

  • Leading the test team and taking on the role of test lead Dynamics 365 (D365) SME for quality
  • Developing and implementing D365 test approach and for developing Test Strategies and conducting Test Workshops
  • Planning, delegating, monitoring, and controlling all of the Test Team's activities in accordance with the Test plan
  • Ensuring that the testing process is followed, and that all deliverables, milestones, and test phases are accepted

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good leadership skills and ability to mentor to the test team
  • Experienced at working with defined test methodologies
  • Solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong UAT experience
  • Ability to produce high-quality and professional written documentation
  • Conflict Resolution and Negotiation skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
