Senior Software Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software development organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, with expertise in designing, building, and maintaining automated test frameworks to verify the functionality and performance of complex systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing automated test scripts using Python scripting with Pytest
  • Creating and maintaining complex automation frameworks to verify the functionality and performance of AWS services such as AWS Lake Formation, AWS Glue, Iceberg Tables, AWS Data Migration Service (DMS), Amazon S3, Redshift, and Amazon Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow (MWAA)
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve quality outcomes and contribute to the company's vision and strategy
  • Ensuring traceability records exist from tests back to requirements
  • Participating in code reviews and leading reviews of colleagues' work

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in building test strategies, planning, test approaches, and methods
  • Test design using own in-depth technical analysis of functional and non-functional specifications, requirements, and solution architecture
  • Proficiency in Python scripting using pytest, pandas, boto3 etc. libraries
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in using technologies such as Visual Code, Jira, Confluence, IntelliJ, GitLab, GitHub, NEXUS, Maven, Grafana, Putty, JMeter/Gatling
