Personal Carer Role: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Carer to provide personal care to our residents including bathing, dressing, toileting and other support services depending on their individual needs.
\As a Casual Aged Care Worker in the role of a Personal Carer, you will engage with our residents to enrich their lives and support their psycho-social needs, assisting those who require specialised care, including dementia care and palliative care.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Providing high-quality personal care to residents\
- Engaging with residents to promote their independence and well-being\
- Supporting residents with dementia and palliative care needs\
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver exceptional care\

\To Be Successful In This Role:

- Cert III qualifications in Aged Care (or equivalent)\
- Medication Assist competency (desired)\
- Ability to use computer systems to maintain care records\
- Compassion for and understanding of the elderly\
- Flexibility with shift days and times\
- Friendly approachable manner\
- Experience working in an Aged Care Facility would be great but not essential\
- All up-to-date influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations\
