We are seeking a reliable and passionate Home Care Worker to provide person-centred care and support to our valued clients.
About the RoleThe Home Care Worker will be responsible for assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties, as well as daily errands, companionship, and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with personal care and domestic duties
- Provide companionship and support to clients
- Assist with daily errands and activities
- Prepare food and assist with medications
- Observe and report any changes in client health and wellbeing
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Current Working With Childrens Check/ NDIS workers screening card
- Current unrestricted driver's licence
