ABOUT US
Right at Home Sunshine Coast is a leading provider of in-home care, committed to enhancing our clients’ quality of life. We operate three franchises across Queensland in the Sunshine Coast, Gympie, and Moreton Bay regions.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Relationship Managers for a permanent full-time position at Right at Home Sunshine Coast, based in Caloundra. This role involves:

- Generating new revenue through meetings with prospective referrals
- Increasing conversion and revenue from multiple channels
- Serving as the primary contact for referral sources
- Maintaining professional relationships with referrals and clients
- Coordinating with stakeholders to complete service agreements, manage budgets, and oversee services

You will represent the brand for Right at Home Sunshine Coast and possess thorough knowledge of NDIS, Home Care Packages, or other funded programs.

Requirements:

- Experience in sales, account management, or client engagement
- Excellent customer service skills and experience managing ongoing client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and credibility
- A positive, proactive attitude and ownership of responsibilities
