Senior Front-End Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Developer to play a key role in our company's strategic goal of migrating to a unified modern front-end platform. The successful candidate will have expertise in building and designing new architectures, establishing robust testing practices, and driving continuous improvement.


The ideal candidate will have experience migrating from complex, fragmented architectures, background in system consolidation or technical debt remediation, knowledge of monorepo architectures, and a strong understanding of engineering principles such as critical thinking, ownership and accountability, bias towards action, iterative delivery, holistic thinking, and pragmatic quality.


The role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborate with product and design teams, and champion our accountability culture through regular showcases.


  • Develop and design the new unified front-end architecture that replaces our current multi-technology stack
  • Establish robust testing practices that enable rapid, confident releases without excessive test maintenance burden
  • Take ownership of front-end services and drive continuous improvement
  • Work with product and design teams to deliver end-to-end customer experiences
  • Help champion our accountability culture through regular showcases
