Front-End Architectural Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to lead the transformation of our front-end architecture, ensuring a unified modern platform that enables rapid, reliable delivery.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to take ownership and drive improvements in complex systems, with experience implementing pragmatic test strategies and migrating from fragmented architectures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build a new unified front-end architecture, replacing our current multi-technology stack
  • Establish testing practices that enable confident releases without excessive maintenance burden
  • Take ownership of front-end services and drive continuous improvement
  • Work with product and design teams to deliver end-to-end customer experiences

Requirements:

We are looking for a skilled engineer who thrives on architectural transformation, takes ownership of outcomes, and wants to be part of transforming how we deliver software. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in computer science, information technology or a related field
  • Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js, Vue, Angular)
  • Experience working in a high-accountability, high-performance engineering culture
  • Proven ability to take ownership and drive improvements in complex systems
