The Role

As a key agent in our transformation, you will move from our current complex architecture to a unified system that enables rapid delivery.

This role requires:

  • Building and designing the new unified front-end architecture replacing our current multi-technology stack
  • Establishing pragmatic testing practices for rapid releases without excessive test maintenance burden
  • Taking ownership of front-end services and driving continuous improvement
  • Working with product and design teams to deliver end-to-end customer experiences

Success looks like:

  • Engineers can deliver and iterate with confidence under a pragmatic automated testing approach
  • Daily releases instead of infrequent deployments
  • Clean separation between content management and core application functionality
Required Skills and Qualifications

You'll need tertiary qualifications in computer science or a related field and strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks. You should have a proven ability to take ownership and drive improvements in complex systems, with a background in architectural transformation.
