Leadership Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead our globally distributed team responsible for MLOps & Analytics. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of MLOps solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project objectives.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss progress and goals.
  • Identify and measure key performance indicators to ensure team success.
  • Represent our organization at industry conferences and events.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of professional experience in software delivery with a focus on machine learning.
  • Professional Python development experience with open-source contributions.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience designing and implementing MLOps solutions with automated workflows.
  • Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.

Additional Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Track record of building highly automated machine learning solutions for cloud-based applications.
  • Experience with building scalable machine learning models using container technologies like Docker.
  • Proficiency in public clouds including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Linux and open-source software development principles.
