Job Title

Administration Officer

As an Administration Officer, you will have the opportunity to make a real community impact by providing administrative support to our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resident admissions, agreements, and discharge processes, as well as maintaining waitlists and optimising occupancy levels.

They will also coordinate tours and fee quotes for prospective residents and provide general administrative support to the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in administration or wants to take on new challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Business or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current National Police Certificate & NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
  • Experience in aged care is a bonus.
