At Goodstart Early Learning, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team at Flora Hill centre in Bendigo. As the Assistant Director, you will play a key role in inspiring and motivating your centre team to drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

About Goodstart Early Learning

  • We are a purpose-built centre located in central Bendigo, serving 70 children per day.
  • We acknowledge the Dja Dja Wurrung people as the traditional custodians of the land and strive to embed their culture and values into our curriculum and environments.
  • We are highly engaged with families and local communities through regular incursions and excursions.
  • We have a great company culture, including team-building exercises, staff outings, and regular professional development opportunities.
  • This is a part-time position (3 days per week) with potential for full-time opportunities in the future.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in early childhood education.
  • A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Experience leading and managing change within early education (Room Leader experience considered).
