Digital Enterprise Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Content Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our enterprise content management system.
The role involves providing expert advice and guidance on system configuration, reporting, usability, and upgrade/patch pathways for our Change Management and Content Management systems.
Collaboration with ICT teams is crucial to ensure system performance, security compliance, and alignment with ICT standards.
The ideal candidate will champion ICT and ITIL best practices in all areas of system support, maintenance, and service delivery.
A strong background in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Content Manager (TRIM is preferable) is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to convey complex concepts clearly are required.
A high-level analytical and conceptual thinking skillset with the ability to assess risks and solve complex problems is also necessary.
The role offers opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic environment.
Suitable candidates should have a solid experience working with EDMS and a strong understanding of Content Manager.
A proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, building effective relationships across teams is required.
Bonus qualifications include ITIL Certification or equivalent experience in an ITIL-based environment, and previous experience working within government or large public sector organisations.
