About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experience Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our luxury hotel standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and support to our guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Operate the telephone switchboard and respond to all guest enquiries, demonstrating a high level of knowledge and expertise.
  • Assist with verifying and adjusting billing for guests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, collaborating with other departments to deliver legendary service.
  • Complete reservation administration tasks and provide general support to the team.
  • Make and update room reservations, assigning rooms according to guest requests and preferences whenever possible.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will have experience working in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment, and be proficient in the OPERA property management system or similar.
