The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Guest Experience Expert to join our team as a Club Attendant. As a key member of our Ladies and Gentlemen, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, exceeding their expectations, and embodying the legendary service that makes us a leading luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with serving a wide range of beverages to guests, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
  • Set up and deliver food, both in buffet and à la carte service, to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Provide a dedicated, personalized club concierge service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Prepare for guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and liaising with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide food and beverage service throughout the club lounge's 5 daily meal periods, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Support the club in general operational tasks, maintaining a clean and presentable environment at all times.
  • Understand guest requirements, engaging and inspiring guests with each customer experience, and building strong relationships to drive loyalty and retention.

About You

  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Enthusiasm to escalate your career and take on new challenges.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and energy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Smart solutions and a can-do attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Food and beverage and front office service experience preferred.
  • Hold an approved Responsible Serving of Alcohol certificate.
