Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experience Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne. As a key member of our Ladies and Gentlemen, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of legendary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Assist with serving food and beverages in the club lounge, including setup and delivery
  • Prepare for guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out services
  • Support the club lounge team in general operational tasks
  • Engage with guests to understand their requirements and preferences
  • Ensure the club lounge is clean and presentable at all times
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Enthusiasm to escalate your career
  • Self-motivation and a can-do attitude
  • Food and beverage service experience preferred
  • Hold an approved Responsible Serving of Alcohol certificate
