**Job Opportunity**

Are you a skilled professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our subsurface and utilities section in the NSW/ACT region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing small to large-scale projects, understanding client needs to ensure accuracy in deliverables, and managing day-to-day activities of a subsurface team. They will also be tasked with quality controlling reports to clients, identifying new procedures and technologies, building a talented team of professionals, and creating/maintaining training and improvement programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage small to large-scale projects
  • Understand different client needs to ensure accuracy in deliverables
  • Manage day-to-day activities of a subsurface team
  • Manage and quality control reports to clients
  • In partnership with national colleagues, identify new procedures and technologies
  • Build a talented team of professionals and create/maintain training and improvement programs
  • Build a reputation for excellence and innovation

**Requirements:**

  • Able to forge productive relationships with existing and new clients to create opportunities that match the business strategy
  • Highly developed relationship management skills resulting in ability to actively engage internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven understanding of a business where utilisation & efficiency is the key to success
  • Proven experience in Australian Standard AS 5488-2019 Classification of Subsurface Utility Information (SUI)
  • Excellence in communication and client relationship management
  • Able to think strategically and innovatively to build the service within your region
  • Able to work cohesively with all service sectors of the business
