Job Opportunity: Senior Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our construction projects from inception through to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, resourcing, and delivery of high-profile projects across various markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and execution of construction projects to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and budget compliance
  • Oversight of contracts, budgets, and progress claims in accordance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Develop and implement project programs to achieve cost, quality, and time objectives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and key performance indicators
  • Foster a culture of workplace health and safety across all project activities

About You:

  • You hold a tertiary qualification in Building, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • You have at least 5 years' experience in a senior project management or leadership capacity within construction
  • You possess strong commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, forecasts, and contract administration
  • You are skilled in project planning, scheduling, and reporting using construction management software
  • You excel in leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
  • You have a proven track record of delivering large, complex projects on scope, timeframe, and budget
