We are seeking experienced property professionals to join our team as Inspection Officers. In this role, you will work on-site to ensure seamless experiences across various real estate services.

Main duties include:

  • ">
  • Preparing and conducting open homes, engaging with potential tenants.">
  • Conducting routine inspections and producing thorough reports.">
  • Occasionally undertaking ingoing or exit condition assessments.">
  • Managing keys according to internal processes and timelines.">
  • Participating in calls with Property Partners or Leasing Managers to discuss property condition or feedback from open homes or inspections.">
  • Undertaking ad-hoc tasks, such as providing access to properties or submitting tribunal documents.">
  • Attending team meetings.">
  • Supporting leasing and property management administrative duties when required.">

Ideal Candidate:

We seek individuals with prior experience in Real Estate/Property Management or Customer Service who share our passion for property.

- Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders

- Exceptional time management skills
